Hello, I'm having a hard time finding the right level for my mic (Apogee Duet in Logic for Neumann TMS 102). It's not raising my voice well, I feel like I'm recording at such a low level. What should I do so that my mic voice is clear and the sound also increases? Help! Thanks in advance.

Hi - Did you mean Neumann TLM 102? If the recorded level of signals from the mic is low you'll want to maintain around a 6-inch distance from the mic and turn up the preamp gain in the Apogee Duet so that the maximum incoming mic signal level peaks at around -6dB or so on the meter. Keep in mind that even at a healthy level the waveform in the DAW won't necessarily *look* that big -- certainly not a big as the waveforms for commercial song files.

Thanks Joe A. I checked my mic from this site from https://mictests.net and my mic is working properly and my mic voice is clear and the voice is also increasing. I think it was a connection issue. But now I have solved my problem.
