    Video Player not working
    My AskVideo player stopped working on my IPhone 2/20/20. I cannot find an update, email or any warning messages about this. What do I do?

    Hi Jayon - If you updated the IOS software it could be a version issue; if not, then it sounds like a job for our ace webmaster(s)—you can contact them directly via this link to the Support page: https://www.macprovideo.com/support They'll contact you within 24 (business) hours (M-F), and they should be able to suss out the issue in short order.. :-)

    What is the "above solution" that worked? It seems a lot of people (myself included) are suddenly having this problem.

    The NLE player does not work for me on iPad with IOS 12.4.1. I just get a black screen with no course download. The NLE player downloads several of my courses on iPhone with iOS 13.4.1 but most will not download The NLE player downloads several of my courses on iMac Pro with Catalina OS but most will not download I have contacted tech support today so hopefully there may be a solution

    Hi Neil - The site is currently experiencing some issues, including the black screen. Our webmasters are aware of it, and they're currently working on the problem -- keep checking, and I'll post again when I get word that a fix is in place..
