Joe A Thanks for the reply. Personally I find this a backward step. frankly the Web app is cumbersome & clunky. I also watch the appa on Apple TV. I've been with NLE since the beginning when they used to post DVD's (10 years I think) I really hope this isn't the final decision. If Groove3 can do it, I don't see why the big player in the online teaching game breaks with forward technologies. I'm gonna pursue this thread cos I think suddenly it's not the elegant product I've been investing in for 10 years :(

They're still tweaking the browser player (especially on Safari), so maybe performance will improve for you at some point..

I submitted two help tickets and was told that the iOS (iPad & iPhone) as well as the tvOS apps were NO LONGER SUPPORTED! Wrote an angry letter to support. They suggested that I use the “NonLinearEducation” app, but it makes you download your videos (no streaming) and any shows my (MANY) purchased videos and nothing from the library that I tried to get the $1/1-month pass for. Looks like NLE/MPV/Ask-AV is having a lot of issues right now.

Hi G-reg - For a while there were some issues streaming in Safari, though as far as I know it's working now—are you currently having specific issues streaming the videos in a browser (as they currently recommend)?
