    Ultrabeat
I'd like to customize my own drum kits with single drum samples that I have. Is there a way to do it in Ultrabeat to be able to save a drum kit and recall it. Logic 7.2 user here.

Hi K1, How ya doin? Well, I've actually never done that before, but I think after you import your samples into Ultrabeat, go to the section where the name of the drum set you have is, click, and then SAVE SETTING AS, and I think you can save that newly created drum bank as a .pst file. Hope that helps. If not, we gotta wait for the Rounik-meister:) I'm curious about this myself:) Thanks. Jodie

Hi all, 1. Select the voice of the sample you wish to load a sample onto. 2. Click on the Sample button in OSC 2. 3. There is no sample loaded by default so click on Load sample from the drop down menu. 4. A Load sample window appears. Select your aiff or wave (or .ubs) file. You can also drag an aiff file, aiff apple loop or wave file onto the Sample window from a Finder window to load it in to the sample player. In Logic 8 this will not work with .caf Apple Loops. Convert or export the apple loop into aiff or wav format first. Cheers Rounik
