hi ... help!!! so, i open omf file (editing a short 20min) from fcp... but sometimes "controled by stereo object" in my mixer apears(all selected) ... i noticed it is hapenig when i add new chanell(sometimes)...some of my audio channels slips to left or right and i cant do anything about it...in my chanels where is just a dialog apears whole stereo mix...i did not press any buttons... another thing, if i want to create chanell which has a stereo icon ... i cant ... i can but i have to select any chanel that does have that icon ,then create new ch 2 times the second one will be with the stereo/mono icon...i dont get it... im on logic 8.02 yours m. and yes, now im gonna freek out...automation on some chanells dont work no more(whatever i do i can hear channels audio),my inserts are empty for no reason...damn!!!

Hi md, I hear that omf has mixed results and some users prefer not to use it... In Logic's Preferences > Audio do you have Universal Track Mode enabled or disabled? What version of FCP has the omf been created in? Cheers Rounik

hi, universal track / disabled ... fcp 6.05 ... i dont think it has to do with omf,but ... omf opened ok...everything was in place... hm
