Ciao Roberto! Log-in to www.macProVideo.com and then click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. [url]https://www.macprovideo.com/account/[/url] Here you can change your email address (which is the same as your username for NED), password, home address etc. Best Rounik

How do I remove an expired trial licence.

I have put this question to the Steinberg Support twice, but they haven't even bothered to answer. So, therefore, my last hope is that someone here can help. How do I remove an expired Cubase 7 trial licence from the eLicenser Control Center? On the Help page, it is stated: "To remove a license that you do not need and don’t want to remain on your eLicenser anymore, please click the respective license’s “Remove License” button (in the “Licenses” list). An Internet connection is required to complete the process. Please follow the onscreen instructions." I can't find any “Remove License” button, and “Remove License...” in the "Actions" menu is greyed-out. I expect to receive my upgrade on Monday, and the last thing I need is an expired trial-licence screwing things up. Any help is greatly appreciated Thanx

Problem with Komplete Audio 6 and Korg Triton Workstation

Hi and hopefully you can help me. I have a new Audio 6 that is working with my guitars and powered monitors. I'm trying to plug in my classic Korg Triton Workstation. I have the it connected to my computer via a M-Audio USB Midi Interface. I also have the keyboard plugged into the instrument Input on the face of the Audio 6. It's going through a 2017 iMac on OS 10.14 - The Audio 6 is getting a signal, according to the Input status light for Input 2. No sound though. Nothing, nada. Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
