Fitting newly edited loops to measure, bar....
When I make an edit on a loop, moving this new loop to fit snuggly to the beginning of a measure or bar sometimes doesn't work. I have tried to click the beat and bar function, doesn't help either. any suggestions? Thanks! Roz

Hi Roz, Are you experimenting with the Snap options of Bar/Beat? Also try zooming in... Logic is happier when copying and moving regions when zoomed in a little. Using different zoom key commands you can quickly zoom in and out of your Arrange area. :) Rounik

The zoom tool is great, thanks. This allows me more accuracy when trying to fit up again the bar. Sometimes no matter how hard I try it doesn't seem to snap into place. In the 'snap' area, which is the best setting... beat, bar, smart, etc.? Roz i appreciate your great help.

I use Smart most of the time, and sometimes if it's not snapping I'll zoom in to move/copy the region exactly where I want it... other times I'll hold down "Control" after I've begin dragging to over ride any snap settings and get fine control on where I wish to place the region. (This also works int he Piano Roll) :) R
