Hi Guys, Vert weird little problem here, I have an audio input (lets say bass gtr) which is all great, I can see and hear the signal coming in, then I press play, to jam along to the track and it instantly cuts out. It will record fine. I have also seen an 'unidentified dialogue box' which probably has something to do with it? I tried the usual fault finding stuff as far as ditching the prefs. and setting up a new project. Just can't play along to the track, click etc Cheers, Pete

Hi Pete, Is the audio channel strip record-ready? Is Punch on the fly enabled? If so turn it off from Options > Audio > Punch on the fly Does it work ok now? Thanks Rounik

Hi Rounik, The problem was solved by turning off Auto Input Monitoring in Options > Audio. Apparently this is enabled by default. The only thing I don't understand is how I never noticed it until now?? Cheers! Gurner
