Syncing DSI Tempest as Master, Logic Slave

Been trying to do this for two days now.
I have Tempest set as master, have midi out on Tempest to port 3 midi in into Motu Midi XT, I have MTC clicked in Sync Mode.
Not sure what else I need to do. Is there a way I can detect MTC from Tempest?
