I want to copy 2 bars of a 4 bar section of a track and paste it some when else but, I don't want to cut that original track in half like if I were using the scissor tool. I want it to remain a complete and show as a 4 bar track. I tried using the Marquee tool but, it's still cutting the track.

Just paste the original back together after you've copied and moved what you needed.

You can copy part of a region without splitting it: Create a marquee selection over the region. Hold down the Option (Alt) key and drag the highlighted section to the new track. Release the Option key and click on the background of the main window with the pointer tool to deselect the marquee selection. Hope that helps R
