notes penciled in do not sound on playback in the score editor

I've just penciled in 2 notes and they are black with equal 120 by the side of them, but they do not sound on playback, why? The key was transposed +6 before adding them please help soundscout

sounds like they are muted. click on then and press M or ctrl m if using logic x
