there are no stupid questions ;-)
Hi, I have my MAc since 2 months and noticed something yesterday, but I don't know if it was always like that 'till now. I have a Macbook, and my numlock (F5 or 6?) is always light up, and also mu Shift-Lock. Whe I turn them of I can't type regularly, only as number. I had expect the opposite. Is this normal?

No. This is not normal. The numlock should be off (not lit) for normal textual entry. B

also by "shift-lock" do you mean Caps lock? You can turn this off by pressing the button above your shift key on the left of your keyboard.
