the total lack of communication on the part of apple is frustrating. Just a simple acknowledgement that they're even working on the program would be nice. I didn't use Logic in the eMagic days but from what I hear it was a much more open process with logic developers actually communicating with end users in forums etc. I think most of the core people responsible for the development of Logic went to apple when emagic was purchased but, as i said before, i think they are legally bound to be tight lipped about product development. which seems to be business as usual in general for apple.
i've used apple's computers all my life and have had nothing but good experiences with them. in general, apple makes solid products but they're customer communication skills beyond marketing campaigns is sub-par at best.
