Wow Tom Rice,I bought your Logic's Latency Toolbox and it's worth every penny !
I did learn things I didn't know I missed :-)
I have a question...Using Tom's I/O PING test and physically patching OUT1 to IN1 I get a latency offset of +104 samples!
I record at 44,1 khz.I use Logic,a MacPro 8core,a Motu PCI 424 card and a Motu HD192 12 I/O...
I tested different buffer sizes but the result is always +104 samples...
I see on the forums that the average ranges between 5samples to 58 samples..
What could be the problem?
Ps: I also use a big hardware mixer (48channels-8subgroups),could you please make a tutorial on using Logic with a mixing-desk and how this effects latency and recording delays?
I would instantly buy this :-)
Thanks again Tom for your fantastic Latency Toolbox!
