I am new to this. While putting together a new project, I am using apple loops bread & butter 21, 24 & 37. They were not in the same key so I changed the notes in Score. It's now the correct key and follows the progression but during playback sounds like its flat or just a little off. how can I correct this? Also how do you change key on a single track or on the whole project if you have too. Finally, can you label areas such as intro, verse, chorus like garage band? Thanks.

Hi Rounik, I am writing as song at a speed setting of 70...at measure 56 I want to keep the tempo at 4/4 but change the speed to 115. How do I mark the measure and change to 115 from that point? Thanks. Dave

Ihave created a song that is 42 bars long. When I open my Screenset 4 which is my score screen it shows nothing to display, even though my piano track which I have click on is playing through the whole song. Also when I'm in arrange click on the score below it shows only the first 4 bars. It has perimeters on the 1 - 4th bars but when I change to read 1-92 nothing happens. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. Dave

I am trying to burn a copy of a song I recorded in Logic on a CD through a Toast 8 Titanium soft ware I usually use. I get a message that it is a unsupported format and cannot be imported. How can I burn a CD copy? Thanks. Dave

I am trying to change the key signature on the score half way through the song. If I change key signature on the score from A to B at bar 64 and click okay it changes signature to B all the way back to bar 1. How do I keep A at bar 1 and change to B at bar 64? I would also like to know if possible how to put the title across the top of the score......and insert the lyrics. thanks....Dave

Hi Hamish, I have changed the key signature different ways in different parts of the song but every time I make a change it changes the key signature of the whole song.I won't allow me to change say at bar 64 on and stay at the original key signature before that. Any suggestions? Also, I have a particular track that runs 111 measures. In the piano roll it runs for 111 measures. In the score editor it stops at 32 measures and has a square box around number 33. How do I get that off there, so it will read to 111. You mentioned a manual that has 900 and some pages. My Logic manual only goes to 166. Am I missing something? Thanks.....Dave

Hammish, Thanks, gong thru the global then signature track did the trick. I am trying to print the score on a track in a song. The track runs 111 bars. The piano roll shows 111 bars but the score stops at 32. What and how do I reset the locator to display all 111 bars in the score. Thanks......Dave

Hamish, Used the glue tool and pulled the track which displayed all entries on the track in the score. Thanks. I'm getting ready to record vocals. I have connected a mic to a M-Audio Fast Track Ultra with a USB connect to the computer. I have installed the M-Audio and opened an Audio track in the arrange area. The program recognizes the Fast track ultra as the input but I get no sound. Any ideas? Thanks. Dave
