Hello everyone, I am trying to figure out how to measure how many samples there are in a region, or any given space of time in a project. I know Pro Tools has a read out on the transport menu. Is there anything like that in Logic? Dave

Hello, I'm having a really strange issue with latency. Running a macbook pro (2007, dual core, 4 gig ram, Lion) with an Apogee Ensemble. I am trying to DI a scratch guitar track at 48 khz. I calculated a 31 sample record delay which I've compensated for in the settings. On playback after tracking, the recording becomes delayed progressively as time passes. It sounds a little stretched as well. Here's the kicker. I just tracked a full kit (9 mics) with no problem 2 days ago! Any ideas? I'm really stuck on this one.

Thanks for the reply Gary. The project/hardware and audio file are 48khz. I created a new project and recorded without the issue. I'm wondering if a project can become corrupt and have this behavior?

Hello all, When editing a flex marker at the end of a region (at the split between to regions on a track that have been quantized) it causes the region to expand, overlapping the next region producing a glitch. Is there a way to keep the region from expanding? Is it the best practice to merge all regions in a comp before attempting to apply flex editing and quantization?
