Hi, the layout tool doesn't allow me anymore, to drag whole bars downward on my second page of score for single instruments (fairly simple), only upwards, thus making it impossible to create a good layout. I already extended the editing area/Regin in the arrange to no avail, no time siganture changes no tempo changes etc. involved. It doesn't work anymore, after i have finished one of the Instruments. Any help on that? Experience? Thanks, best Regards, Frank PS. could it be related to corrupt song files? I already had another problem with some songs, that didn't allow me to copy midiregions, via alt-key+drag, without getting aleatoric note/pitch changes in the copied region, Chaos! Anyone experienced that? Also: what does the orange/amber padlock symbol on the page layout, left to the score, mean?

Hi, just got this Information from musicspirit at the Apple support Forum, but the alt+drag midi Region in the Arrange page remains a mystery, also, I still would like to know, what the small padlock on the left of the page layout means. Anyway, thank you, the Zooming did the trick, i still consider the inability to move bars downward with the layout tool at times a serious Bug! It is not mentioned anywhere in the manual, that such a behaviour is to be expected. Best Regards, Frank

Hi, just came across these: they go up to 32 GB and seem to have quite fast read/write times, did anyone ever try these as a second internal/external Laptop (Audio-) Drive? Hama ExpressCard34/ 4GB SSD (Solid State Disk) + USB 2.0 The ones from Transcend are only half the price, but supposedly slower: Transcend ExpressCard34/ 32GB SSD (Solid State Disk) inkl. USB Adapter -they are shockresistant, and an be used as an external drive (with another Computer) also, with the included USB adapter. How cool would it be, two HDs in a Laptop and the dedicated Audio Drive fast and separate (and quiet/internal SSD)!! Regards, Frank Valet
