Well you also have to assign the right plug-in (like PodFarm from Line6) to the audio track. If you want to use the keyboard of the KB37 make sure that you have chosen the KB37 as your midi input device in Logic. (To test, create a new software-instrument track, chose some synthesizer plug-in as the instrument, arm the track for recording and you should be able to hear sounds when pressing keys on the KB37-keyboard.) I have a KB37 myself and everything works fine with Logic.

Hi there, is it possible to somehow merge/glue audio-regions (mainly blue Apple Loops) together to simplify arranging and/or further looping? To further explain what I mean say there are 5 different loops A, B, C, D and E on one track. These should play: ABABCABABD then this whole part again and then E. So it would make sense to first be able to merge A B together so it's [AB][AB]C[AB][AB]D which again could be merged to [ABABCABABD], repeat that once and then play loop E so it's [ABABCABABD][ABABCABABD]E Is this somehow possible? Or is there another way to loop multiple (succeeding) regions? Regards, SpaceAce

Hi Rounik, Thanks for the fast reply! You are right, instead of bouncing the regions your proposal of packing the tracks to a folder is more flexible. Furthermore if the the loops are on different tracks it's easy to apply different automation curves for the volume to avoid the fader problem with Apple loops. I would have expected Logic 9 to appear after Snow Leopard making full use of 64 bit... (Might come in handy for audio processing, too) On the other hand Apple might not limit Logic to Snow Leopard users Anyway I'll wait a couple of months before upgrading to Logic 9 anyway. Regards, SpaceAce
