Hi I have the same problem as Monkeyking. Can you please advise on how to download the the individual files without having to reinstall all of the additional content. I checked the Ultrabeat on my computer and it was the same as his. Thanks

Hi Guys Thanks for replying. Gary, I have the same problem as Monkeyking as I previously stated, I checked on the Ultra beat section also only 14 presets. Other files missing as well ( strings etc ). I have downloaded (reinstalled) both the additional and essential content 3 times the last time it stuck at 2GB just like you said. What I do not understand is where do I find the individual media to download separately. I f I understood you corectly all these files are in the additional and essential downloads. I live in South Africa and tho I have uncapped broadband it is relativly slow and they severely throttle me everytime I download these huge files. Thanks Gary Am I correct to understand what you are saying is that all of the Garageband content on the picture I sent you is the additional and essential content but separate packages? What about all of the Ultrabeat presets that are missing where are they sitting? BTW where in SA are you. I am in Knysna. Also an off the wall ??. Are you related to a Theo Hiebner? Hi Gary No I do not have all the presets. I have 01 Drum Kits with 14 presets, no Drum Bank 03 Tutorial Settings and something that looks like a logic icon # default.pst and a earmarked page CSParameterorder.plist Thanks

Hi Gary Success at last. I reinstalled both the additional and essential download content. All the files are there including the Ultrabeat presets. Your idea about turning off the firewall was a great idea. Thanks so much. No problems getting past the 2GB mark other than taking 2 days to download. I do have a few ???'s to ask. I'm not sure if I should start a new thread but here goes. I have attached a picture of my arrange window. After doing the reinstallation I opened one of the projects that I had been working on and noticed on tracks 3.8.12 and 17 there were these numbers boxed where the instrument icon normally is. Any ideas? Also on track 3 the piano track s in black. I have no dea why. Once again thank you so much for helping out with solving my problem. Brilliant. Hi Gary Sorry for the late reply but I have been away. Firstly, thanks for researching this. I originally imported these files into Garageband and when I got the Logic Pro download I opened the Files in Logic. What I still fail to understand is how I actually got these numbers in the Global Tracks. BTW those files also showed up as EXS files which were never in Garageband. I'm still coming to grips with this app. It's like buying a space ship and trying to fly the thing. Any ideas on how to get back to the symbols? Thanks Denis

I just started using Melodyne Editor ( Trial Version ) with Logic Pro 9. I am using it as a plugin. I need to know how to get my edited vocals back into my Logic project as a newly edited vocal track. When I tried to bounce the vocals it created and bounced the entire track plus musical tracks to iTunes. I have two MacVideo Melodyne Tutorials and neither one gives any explanation. Unless I have missed something. Please help and explain the process. Thanks Denis
