Is there a section in one of the Logic Tutorials that goes into detail about Master Mix Fade Out Techniques?

I am running Logic Pro 8 through an Imac 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 2GB of RAM. All plugins work great EXCEPT for EASTWEST Fab Four & Ministry of Rock. They overload the CPU meter on logic causing a pop. I also monitor CPU with the floating CPU window (tip from Mr. Sitter via Mac 101) which only registers minimal usage while Logic meter is pegging. Can someone explain & give possible solutions. As always thanks for your time and knowledge.

Rounik, My OS X version is 10.5.6. This problem will happen with no other audio or soft instrument playing, just playing the software solo. Why do you figure the floating the floating CPU meter registers such a low reading & the Logic cpu meter pegs? I set my buffer size from 128 to 256 and it seems to be helping. I will see how this works in a project with latency. Is 256 a standard setting? Thanks again Rounik!!

I use Logic 8 with EZ Drummer which has worked great. But now for some reason I no longer have any selection but stereo when setting up drum track. The multitrack selection has disappeared. Any ideas where it went or how to get it back? As always thanks for your input.

Rounik, I deleted files as you suggested & downloaded the latest EZDrummer. ( Still no Multichannel option..:( The only function I haven't done is to update Logic. I installed Logic 8 April 2008 and have never updated. Please direct me where to upgrade Logic. Thanks again!

Rounik, I should of rebooted after updating EZDrummer. Problem solved!!!! Thank you Rounik. I would still like to know where to go for Logic Updates if you don't mind.

I am having problems utilizing Ultrabeat's volume control for individual instruments. I should be able to drag blue fader to desired volume but it only works a fraction of the time. Most of the time it wants to move the fader like it is trying to drop & drag. I have purchased Steve H's ultrabeat class but do not see that as a "Gotcha" issue. Has anyone had problems with this?

Thanks BJ If I highlight the instrument and use scroll ball it seems to be working fine, if I point and click, it is still 50/50 between wanting to drag to new position or change volume.

I was watching an instruction video on youtube,and when the gentleman went to Inserts/Audio Units, he had about 13 menu options. I only have "apple" option. He said the "Airwindows" option was standard logic insert. Is this correct? Am I missing something? As always thanks for your help. This is without a doubt the most friendly and informative forum I have encountered.
