...Well, you don't have to forget about FCPX for the kids out there who want to make Youtube videos and non-professional content, they ARE a viable market for FCP tutorial vids by you guys.
But since the Pro industry is by-and-large ditching Apple for a while (in terms of FCPX,) I'm seeing more & more colleagues and clients just going with the number one choice for professional editors which is Avid.
Many people are scared by Avid because it is a program that assumes you are a professional who understands some of the science that goes along with the art.
Avid is a tool that doesn't sugar-coat anything. It doesn't make up it's own rules and screw you over when there's a deadline looming. It's a power-house.
And their sales are going up as we speak.
Now would be a great time to put out some Avid MC5 vids...
