I was running Live 9 and LPX with Rewire, which worked fine. But now i quit Live and trying to quit Logic X, it would not close. Keep giving me error message "Close Rewire application first", while no other rewire applications are runing. There is no icon or application to be seen titled as Rewire. Rewire application always run in the bacground between to applications. Any suggestions? I don't want to force quit the Logic. Moniz

Hi, I am having fun with Logic X but running out of room on system drive of my macbook pro. Wanted to get EXS sample library and other sample libraries to an external hard drive. In one of the forum Rounik pointed out that external hard drive should not be formatted "journaled" for sample storage purpose. Is this the fact, just wanted to make sure before start putting all the samples on it. I am trying to move the EXS sample library to my external hard drive and i got error message "some of the content are not authorized for this function". Would like to know the most authentic way to get the sample libraries to external hard drive, not only the Logic but Ableton live packs, Spectrasonic sample library and Komplete libraries to name a few. I am sure this question comes up in the past but yet i can not gather the satisfactory answer to this. I would be nice if one of our Gurus can explain the procedure for the Mac. Thanks

I got myself Kore 2 controller and i am trying to use with Reason. i have installed the updated driver and connected via USB to my Mac Book pro OS10.8 (Mountain Lion). I then open new session of Reason and under the preferences > Control Surfaces --- i then manualy add a MIDI control instrument. Reason sees the Kore 2 controller and it is on MIDI port 0. I then open up a Combinator Patch because what i am trying to do is to control four rotary knobs and four buttons with four rotary knobs and buttons on Kore 2 controller. I then go to Option and check "Keyboard control edit mode" and by doing this Reason goes in to a cloudy mode and Combinator knobs and buttons shows yellow downward arrows. So Combinator is ready to be assigned to hardware controller but when i click these arrows and i touch the hardware control they don't assign to my hardware knobs and buttons. I don't know what i am doing wrong. Does anyone know which mode/Screen of Kore 2 i need to be in to assign it's knobs and buttons with DAW. Any help would be greatly appreciated. moniz

Hi, I recently acquired Stylus RMX which works fine but i can not locate the SAGE folder and its contents which would be core library and EXP libraries. I can see these libraries on my RMS plug in. I have tried looking as follows. Macintosh HD > Library > Application support > Spectrasonics. I found Spectrasonic folder but can not open to see its contents. You realize that my Library folder in from Macintosh HD directly not via user. i.e. Macintosh HD > user > Moniz > Library. I don't know how it has happened and if it makes any difference. Reason i am looking SAGE folder cause i have 9Volt RMX libraries that i need to add in to SAGE folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Moniz
