Hello, Since I started to work with Logic (9.1.8) in 64 bit I'm experimenting a strange behavior in page set up. Old projects (32 bit) saved in A3 now they open in A4 an even if I save them in A3 they keep opening in A4. in few words: if I work in 64 bit I can't decide the page set up of a single project and save it. it will always open in the default set up (A4). If I go back to 32 bit everything works again perfectly. What am I missing? Thanks for the help and a special hello to Rounik Roberto

Yes Christian, I found that too, but I don't work always in A3 so... Anyway I can use Logic 32 bit for A3 and 64 for A4. I won't die but it will be better when they'll fix it. Thanks for the link and good work to you all Roberto

Hello, In Environment I would like to control the Delay line "repeats" parameter with a fader. I guess the fader should be set as "meta" but I can't find the meta events number (from 127 to 14 I guess) and the number that controls the "repeats". Hello, I need to export a midi file (a string quartet) from Logic to Finale, so I do: File > Export > Selection as MIDI File. And it's ok. Finale opens the file but there are only the notes. Dynamics, text etc. is all lost. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? I use Logic 9 and Finale 2009. Thanks a lot for the help. Roberto

Hallo everybody and hallo to you Rounik! Wonderfull to met you here too. So... I'm starting to work with FCE (4.0.1). I did work already with FCP in the past, but I forgot a lot, in two years of absence. So my first question is: Wich is a good setting for the scratch disk? I work with a mac book pro and with an external firewire 800. I've chosen to put everything in the external HD, in two different folders. 1- Video capture, Video render, Audio render, Waveform Cache, Thumbnail Cache and Autosave in one folder (called FCE_Scratch Disks). 2- the Projects in a different folder (FCE_Proj.) I remember that there are different "schools". And what to do to avoid that opening different projects, all the files (ecxept the Proj.) are spread out all over. I guess I would prefer to have in one folder all the material about a Project. Any suggestion? I don't see any video tutorial about FCE. Am I blind or...?
