hey,have to uninstall Logic 9 express,and re-install it. How do I do this safely? Thank you!!

I had L9,but I don't have it anymore. Now I only have Logic 9 Express on my laptop. Having problems with it,and it was suggested to uninstall,then re-install. That is to maybe have it run right.
