    Importing videos in FCE
Hallo, I have two questions connected with importing the video to Final Cut Express. All video I recorded (exepct two situations below) has been made with Canon HV30. First is connected with import of few video shooted with Sony DSC HX5V that I received from my brother. I donât have much money and I want to import full HD into FCE. Second question is connected with Enlargement the video. I just recorded few interesting moments with Pentax Optio P80 and I want to enlarge my video from HD 1280x720 to full HD 1920x1080 and do the rest in Final Cut Express. As I said before, all other recordings have been made with Canon HV30 PAL. People say I should try with MPEG StreamClip. Can you write me about settings in MPEG StreamClip? You may find look of the screen in StreamClip Exporter in fig 1 and Compression of StreamClip in fig 2. Remember, the video must be in PAL, and for one year, I want to make video in Blu-Ray, recorded in 1920x1080pix. What option must be used under the MPEG StreamClip (Frame Blending, Quality, Interlaced Scalling, Deinterlace Video...)? Petar

Hi there, I can't really advise on MPEG Streamclip with respect to what you want to do. But in general, if you want to enlarge to more pixels, you may have to blow up (or stretch) the pixels. This may cause some blurring. Having said that, you may want to test this out by using the 1280 clips and strecting them in FCE in a 1920 sequence and then have a look how it looks like. Depending on the shots, this method could do the job. Good luck.

I forgot one more thing... As I said before, I just recorded few interesting moments with Pentax Optio P80 (720 in 30fps). How can I set video recorded with Pentax because it is recorded in 30fps, and I everything other recorded with Canon HV30 in PAL country?
