Final Cut X - Project being cut off at near the end.
I am a relatively new to Final Cut X and I think this should be an easy fix but its not seeming so. I have edited 6 min worth of video and I don't know what I did but it seems to be cutting the movie off a min or so before the end. (It looks like a bunch to black lines diagonally) I figured you can just take the position tool and click and drag the little triangle up at the top but that is not the case. If anyone could help in a timely fashion that would be awesome. Thank you

Hi Graham, This sounds like an odd issue... have you updated to the latest version of FCP X? (10.0.1) Can you take a screenshot of the diagonal black lines? and show us... http://www.macprovideo.com/forum/general/general-general&id=15243 Thanks Rounik

You are editing a Compound Clip that is embedded inside of another Timeline. Go to the main Timeline that Compound clip is in, grab the tail of it and pull to the right to make it longer. OR, you are opening a clip into a Timeline directly from the Browser, in which case you are limited to the duration of the original clip in it's own Timeline.
