iMovie file too big for iDVD to burn -- but why?
My understanding is that, in general, a 4.7 GB DVD should be able to record around 120 minutes of video (as compressed by iDVD). And in fact, I have successfully done this previously. However, I am now attempting to burn a 92-minute video (created in iMovie HD/06), and iDVD is telling me that the project is too big to fit on a DVD. And yes, this is with my iDVD Preferences set on "Best Quality" (= 120 min max), not on "Best Performance" (= 60 - 75 min max). Any idea what's going wrong here?

Hi Dioesque, It could be that the motion menus, graphics, slideshows (all the other media aside from the video) are taking the DVD project over the size limit. Hope this helps Rounik
