Saving an intro as Template
I am working on an intro that I would like to save as a template. I need to create five more intros just needing to change the text as each one is titled differently. The intro consists of an image scaling in and then text fades in and out. I want each into to look exactly the same aside from the title and was hoping that someone could help or provide suggestions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you, B

Re: Saving an intro as Template
You're going to want to do this tutorial to get all of the information you need. http://www.macprovideo.com/tutorial/motion5201-crafting-final-cut-fx-templates You want to launch Motion, and start a Title Template and do all of your work there. Save it, and it will be in the Title template browser in FCP X. You can publish the text fields so that you will use the same template and simply change the text, right there in FCP X. One template, customizable, built by you!
