    Waveburner
Heh Rounik, mPVheads:) I got another Waveburner bouncing question: When you bounce from WB, you can only bounce the file as a SDII file, and aiff file, or a wav fil, right. Now, what if I want to convert that bounced WB aiff file into an MP3? How should I do that? Drag the WB file back into Logic and bounce from Logic? Thanks Rounik. Jodie

Hi jodie That's one way to do, and usually the way I'd choose to do it. Other options include converting the file using Compressor or importing it into your iTunes library (as an mp3). Cheers, Rounik

Heh Rounik, OK, but how do I IMPORT the Waveburner bounce into Logic? When I open Logic and select Import or Import Audio File, the finder opens and when I get to the WB file, it isn't highlighted, so I can't select it. How do I get the WB file into Logic? Thanks. Jodie

Hi Jodie, You can't import a waveburner project file into Logic. You can choose: Region > Bounce mix... or Region > Bounce region... to create an aiff or wave file and then import it into Logic. Personally, I prefer to do all mixing and rough mastering in Logic and then output to mp3, wave etc and then take the pcm file to waveburner and keep the mp3 for whatever you need the mp3 for ;-) Cheers Rounik
